TASHI Application Form
In addition to their application to one of the GW doctoral programs listed below, prospective TASHI applicants must submit the following:
- A statement of interest (no more than 1,000 words) that explains:
- how the program aligns with the applicant’s career and research interests
- the level of foundational work the applicant has conducted around health inequities and intersectionality
- the applicant’s potential to be an exemplar for the program over time and their synergy with the training and career aspirations of other program trainees
- A current CV/resume
- The name, title, and email address of an individual who can provide a reference.
